Expectations
What to expect from me

​At every visit, I will send you an update of your pets with one or more pictures included! I will also inform you if there are any issues or messes.

I am privately insured, so we are all protected if anything goes awry

Before I take care of your animals for the first time, I require we do a meet and greet so I can meet you and your animals and learn what you expect of me. ​

What i expect from you

Please be forthcoming about your pet's behaviors and conditions. Does your dog bolt out the door? Tend to bite? Have odd mannerisms that might concern me? All of those things, regardless of how embarrassing or difficult it may be to talk about, are extremely important for me to know in order to adequately care for your pet. There is nothing that I haven’t heard or seen so please be honest with me.

​I expect prompt payment from you for services rendered. Payment is expected in full before services are started. New clients will be asked to pay for their first session 48 hours in advance.

Please provide prompt and clear communication about any changes or issues that have occurred with your home or pets since the meet and greet or the last time I cared for your pets.​
Services
All prices listed are for the first pet. Each additional pet will have a fee, but will not be charged the full price.
Fuel expenses are included in all of my prices.
Payment is not due at the time of booking! It is due before services begin. New clients need to pay for their session 48 hours in advance.
Additional fees may apply if you request to book dates during the holidays, as that is a high-demand time for my business.
